Improve Search Engine Ranking Algo with Content Copyrighting

Search engine marketing and optimization world is 'tasting' the new trend - the content copyrighting approach as means of protecting the web publishers and improving search engine ranking algorithms.
New Type of Content Copyrighting with Search Engines.
Imagine that when you publish anything new - salescopy, article, press release, etc. - you just login to your Google (it can be Yahoo, MSN or any other system) content copyrighting account and put the URL of the page where you publish this new content. Now this content is saved under you, and search engines know about it.
No longer you need to worry about distributing article to big media directories, and see how the article on your page gets to supplemental results (and the same YOUR article inside big article directory is not in the 'supps' just because this directory has bigger authority in the eyes of search engines). Or you don't need to worry about some "smart" affiliate copying the full content of your site on the blog and your site getting lower in the results.
These are the advantages that stay on the surface. But more advantages on the way.
How Search Engine Ranking Algo is Improved.
Imagine that you can not only submit the content for copyrighting, but also give different levels of copyright authority to the content.
For example, you can give authority A level to all sites where you want to publish your content. Let's say you wrote an article and want it to be published on 3 of your sites and 1 your blog. And you want search engines to "understand" that all these 4 copies of your content are not some stupid duplicate content, but one article that you want to legally publish on your sites without any dup content problems.
So, you enter these 4 URLs into your content copyrighting account and give them authority A level, and search engines understand that "Ok, it's the same content, but with authority A level, so it is not a duplicate content, but the desire of the web publisher to deliver this content via the ways he/she deems appropriate."
Authority B level is for those sites where you publish the content for the sake of bigger distribution, or some JV, or any other form of cooperation. When search engines see that authority B is involved, they understands 'This page is not the owner's of the content page, but the owner of the content allowed publishing this content here.'
Plus, authority B is also helping to improve search engine ranks. This is how it works - when people search for a keyword and find (for example) your article on different sites, then authority A page gets a priority over authority B (if all other ranking factors for these pages are equal). Why does A have priority over B? Because a publisher who creates content must get some boost for the creation of content. Search engines have to somehow encourage the creation of the content - this is where authority A is helping. But also search engines must give content publishers a way to legally distribute this content (via article directories, for example), and this is where authority B is explaining all details to search engines.
And with this mechanism there is no need to worry about duplicate content. If search engines "know" how to rank it according to the levels of the authority, duplicate content is no longer a problem.
Content owner can add URLs for authority B level inside the content copyrighting account. And this can even be automated in a following way: via the account a person who wants to take content of another persons sends an application, the owner of content reviews it and gives necessary level of authority.
And when search engines see that a content is duplicated and has no authority A or B - well, this is up to search engines to decide where to put some "red flag" for this page or take any other actions to discourage the content stealing.
Advantages of this approach are evident as it helps to:
• encourage people to create more unique content
• give content owners the tools to protect their content
• give content owners the tools to distribute their content without problems with supplementary results
• help search engines to improve their ranks via sending people to the 'source' sites where the content owner was publishing this content
