Solving Download Problems

x

This link goes nowhere.

Make sure that you don't have firewall restrictions prohibiting this download. Try to use this link on another computer. If it still doesn't work, please contact our support to get another link.

I get message "link is inactive" when I try to follow this link.

Please contact our support to get this reactivated.

I have downloaded the zip file and its not working ("unexpected end of archive" or similar error)

Sometimes the download remains incomplete (due to connection error your download may interrupt and a wrong file is saved to your computer). This means that you have this partial file cached and every time you try to download it again your computer just pulls it from cache. You need to purge all temporary folders on your PC (c:/windows/temp, c:/temp, Internet Temporary files) and download again to solve this problem.

After download I get .php file and can't handle it with my MAC.

Some Mac users have problems with .php script, because MAC can't resolve it. Please contact our support and we'll provide you the link for direct ZIP download.
