Can I Use Microsoft Word Or Word Perfect To Create Html?

Yes, you can use any word processor on any computer to create html pages ass long as the word processor is able to save "ASCII" files. Note that many word processors also allow you to save text in html formats. If you create your html page and found out that you can not save it as html, save it as text then rename that file and give it and an html extension. It then should work find when you test it with your favorite internet browser.
