Retrieving Your Customer Number Or Password

To log in to your account you need to have your customer number and password. If you cannot remember your customer number or password, you can use our Account Retrieval System to obtain the information necessary to access your account.

To retrieve your customer name or password, click Forgot your password? on the account manager login screen. The Account Retrieval System presents you with these three options:

  • Retrieve Customer Number
  • Retrieve Password Hint
  • Reset Password

Retrieving Your Customer Number

If you cannot remember your customer number, you can recover it using the Account Retrieval System and then attempt to log in again.

To Recover Your Customer Number

  1. On the Account Retrieval page, select Retrieve Customer Number.
  2. On the right-side of the page, select a product you have purchased from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your information for that product.
  4. Enter the security access code by retyping the appropriate numbers and letters.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Verify your email address. A message containing your Customer Number will be sent to the email address on file for this account.

NOTE: The name on the email address is masked with **** for security purposes. The number of * corresponds to the number of characters in the name of the email address. For example, john@email.com is ****@email.com, while jennifer@email.com is ********@email.com.

  7. If this email address is valid, click Continue and we will send you an email with your account information.
  8. If you believe the email address is not valid, click Email Change Form and complete the form. Fax it to us with the necessary documentation to change the email address.

Retrieveing Your Password Hint

If you cannot remember your password, you can retrieve your password hint and then attempt to log in again. If you did not set a password hint, this option cannot help you.

To Retrieve Your Password Hint

  1. On the Account Retrieval page, select Retrieve Password Hint.
  2. Type your customer number and the exact street address you used when you set up your account.
  3. Enter the security access code by retyping the appropriate numbers and letters.
  4. Click Continue to return to the Account Login page.
  5. Your password hint displays above the Password field.

Resetting Your Password

If you retrieved your password hint and you still cannot remember your password, you can reset your password.

To Reset Your Password

  1. On the Account Retrieval page, select Reset Password.
  2. Type your customer number.
  3. Enter the security access code by retyping the appropriate numbers and letters.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Verify your email address. A message containing your authorization code will be sent to the email address on file for this account.

NOTE: The name on the email address is masked with **** for security purposes. The number of * corresponds to the number of characters in the name of the email address. For example, john@email.com is ****@email.com, while jennifer@email.com is ********@email.com.

  6. If this email address is valid, click Continue and we will send you an email with your account information.
  7. Follow the instructions in the email message to use the authorization code to reset your password

NOTE: The authorization code received in this email is valid for only one reset and only for 30 minutes from the time it was sent out. If the authorization code expires or if you use it and the reset fails for some reason, you must obtain a new authorization code email in order to attempt the password reset again.
