To get to the settings page of your photo gallery, login to the manager's page using your username and pass word and click the Settings link in the header. You should see a page similar to this page.

Understanding the Gallery Settings:
Gallery Title: is the name and title of the whole gallery. Could be any thing such as: My Wedding, Family Photos, My Artistic Photography....etc.
Gallery URL: is the url/link to the home page of the photo gallery. This is a very important setting, the gallery will not work properly if this field is set wrong. Depending on where you have uploaded your script, this field could be: http://www.yourdomainname.com/ or http://www.yourdomainname.com/photo-gallery-folder/
Image Picks: Tells the gallery where to get the image picks. This could be to get random photos from active photos or from a specific albums in the gallery. When an album is created, it will be added to this list automatically. You can come back here and change it at any time. The default value is to get random photo picks.
Results Per Page: Determines how many thumbnails are shown on pages (such as albums and search results before paging appears - paging are the previous and next links). For example, if this field is set to 30 and you browser to an album page that has 75 photos, 30 photos will be on the first page, 30 on the second and 15 on the third and so on.
You decide on this field depending on the size and the design of your gallery. Feel free to play around with this number until you are satisfied with the results. It is a good idea to have this field a multiple of (Number of Columns) for better appearance.
Number of Columns: Determines how many thumbnails appear on every line in the results. Example: if Results Per Page = 30 and Number of Columns = 5; you will have 6 rows of thumbnails with 5 thumbnails on each row on every page. Decide on this based on how wide the design of your gallery is. Also, you can try several settings until you get the best looks.
Maximum Image Width: Determines the width of large images. Also decide on this based on the design of your gallery. Images that are wider than this value will be resized to this width. Remember that if you change this size, only newly uploaded photos will have the new size. You will have to re-upload the photos to set them to the new size.
Maximum Thumb Width: Determines the with of the thumbnails. Depending on your design, keep this value reasonable. Thumbnails are created for you automatically. Remember that if you change this size, only newly uploaded photos will have the new size. You will have to re-upload the photos to set the new size.
Design Template: Choose the look and feel of you photo gallery from the installed templates in your design folder. You can change this at any time to match the season, the gallery subject or even your mood. Templates here must be in the design folder and must follow the guidelines of the template system that ships with the script.
Auto Approve Comments: Whether to auto approve comments entered on photos or not. We recommend to keep it on No so you can review the comments before allowing them to appear on your gallery. It all depends on your judgment. Anyways, you can at any time come to the comments in the managers page to review, edit or delete any comment.
Meta Description: The meta description of the gallery. Keep it up to 250 characters. It is always good to fill in this field for search engine optemization.
Meta Keywords: Also for search engine optemization. Enter everything you can think of that users will use to find your gallery. you can also use keyword tools such as google's to generate keywords for you.
Use Safe Search Engine URL's: Unless the .htaccess file does not work on your hosting account we highly recommend to keep this settings to Yes. This will make the urls of the gallery easier to refer to and easier for search engines easier to index all your gallery.
